Early Years Teacher job summary
We are seeking to appoint a passionate and highly skilled Early Years Teacher to join our nursery, supporting the learning and development of our three-year-old children.
This is an exciting opportunity for a practitioner with QTS, EYTS or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years qualification to play a key role in shaping children’s earliest experiences of education.

About the role
As an Early Years Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences aligned with the EYFS
- Support the progress and development of all children through careful observation and assessment
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Contribute positively to the wider Early Years provision and school community
- Holds QTS, EYTS or a full and relevant Level 6 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Has high expectations for all children and a strong understanding of early development
- Inspires curiosity, confidence and a love of learning
- Is passionate about inclusive, high-quality early years education
- Is reflective, motivated and committed to continually developing their practice
- Values teamwork and thrives within a supportive and forward-thinking Trust
