In The EYFS Classroom
  • Create & Stimulate: Build a safe, inclusive space where play-based learning sparks curiosity and growth.

  • Inspire Growth: Utilise reflective practice to ensure every child receives the bespoke support and challenge they need to excel.

  • Build Foundations: Drive excellence through a vibrant curriculum designed to support, inspire, and unlock every child’s potential.

As Our SENCo
  • Strategic Vision: Determine the development of SEN policy and provision across the school.

  • Day-to-Day Leadership: Coordinate specific provisions for pupils with SEND or disabilities.

  • Guide & Collaborate: Provide professional guidance to colleagues, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies.

We are looking for an experienced teacher or an existing/aspiring SENDCo who brings:

  • A Passion for Inclusion: A deep understanding of the SEND Code of Practice and a commitment to raising standards.
