Proven, hands-on experience working within an Early Years setting.
An absolute passion and unwavering desire to work specifically with the Early Years cohort, understanding how to best support their unique developmental milestones.
An ambitious mindset, ready to deliver outstanding, engaging, and innovative learning experiences (including foundational reading and maths skills).
A commitment to creating a safe, joyful, and stimulating environment where every child can flourish.

Location:The Trust currently has 12 academies over 13 sites across the vibrant and diverse communities of Sutton and Surrey (Elmbridge, Reigate & Banstead, Mole Valley). We expect to welcome further academies in 2026.
Successful applicants will initially be confirmed as appointed to the Trust, and during the second half of the Summer term confirmation of the assigned school will be provided. We invite you to share your preferred locations within your application and when you will be available from.
