What skills and experience we're looking for

We are seeking a passionate, caring, and motivated Early Years Teacher to join our vibrant primary school community. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire young learners at the very start of their educational journey, supporting them to aspire, believe, persevere and achieve. The post is suitable for Early Career and experienced teachers.

About the Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment where children can thrive. You will:

  • plan and deliver engaging, stimulating, and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
  • observe, assess and monitor children’s development to inform and create tailored learning pathways
  • foster a safe, inclusive and supportive classroom environment where every child feels valued
  • build strong, positive partnerships with parents and carers to support each child’s development
  • maintain the highest standards of safeguarding, welfare and wellbeing at all times
