What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking a skilled, committed and experienced colleague to join our Early Years team, either as a Teaching Assistant or as an Apprentice TA who will work towards a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

The contracted hours are 29 hours 10 minutes per week for the Teaching Assistant role (8:50am-3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with a 50 minute lunch break) or 30 hours per week for the Apprentice TA role; additional hours may be available according to the needs of the school.
The successful applicant is likely to be working in Reception, but a final decision will be made based on their skills and experience.
The successful applicant will:
- Have a positive impact on the attainment and progress of pupils;
- Undertake a range of specialised tasks to support the learning and development of pupils;
- Promote pupil independence and positive behaviours for learning through a ‘least help first’ approach;
- Have an appropriate level of expertise, qualifications and/or experience, including in English and maths, and a full and relevant Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years Practitioner qualification (or be committed to working towards one of these).
