Post: Full Time Early Years Teaching Partner (Teaching Assistant)
Grade: 4 (point 4 - 5) plus qualification allowance
Hours: 8.30am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday term time only (permanent variable hours contract)
32.5 hours per week (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
Salary: £25,185 - £25,583 pro-rata (Actual Salary £18,548 - £18,841) + Qualification allowance

Bampton CE Primary School were rated Good with Outstanding Early Years provision by Ofsted in January 2023. In September 2025 we opened our new Early Years Unit and are seeking to grow our nursery cohort to provide for up to 56 children aged 3-5 years. We are looking for a skilled, enthusiastic, caring and motivated Early Years Teaching Assistant to join our EYFS team. You will support the teacher and the wider team in creating opportunities for the children to learn in their own individual ways.
Candidates should possess a Level 3 or equivalent in childcare and education.
