Nursery Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Nursery Teaching Assistant to join our Early Years team.

About the Role

You will play a vital role in supporting the learning, development, and well-being of our youngest children. Working closely with the Nursery Manager and Early Years team, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment where children feel secure, confident, and ready to learn.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

Has a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or is working towards one).

Has experience of working with two-year-old children in an early years or nursery setting.

Has a good understanding of child development and the EYFS.

Is warm, patient, and nurturing, showing love in their care for children.

Has the courage to learn, reflect, and adapt their practice.

Values community and works positively as part of a supportive team.

Enjoys celebrating children’s achievements, individuality, and progress.

Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Is enthusiastic, reliable, and committed to professional development.
