Early Years Teaching Assistant job summary

We are seeking to recruit a committed, hardworking and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to run our Nursery unit here at Mablethorpe Primary Academy.

This post will be for one year from September 2025

About the role and you:

Under the supervision and support of the Early Years lead, you will be expected to plan, organise and deliver engaging learning experiences that support the wellbeing, social and academic development of our very youngest pupils. You will have the freedom to unleash your creativity to provide an exciting curriculum and will work closely with colleagues, as well as parents and carers alike, to ensure children receive the very best start to their school journey. You will be a strong team player who is able to use initiative and lead others. You will also be patient, caring, forward thinking and solution focussed with the drive to make a difference. Knowledge of the Early Years Curriculum as well as experience of working with children in this age group is essential.
