What skills and experience we're looking for

We would like to appoint an outstanding Teaching Assistant who:

  • Is passionate about learning and has a good understanding of the EYFS curriculum
  • Has excellent communication skills and the patience and resilience needed for this role
  • Is reliable, punctual and flexible
  • Has excellent knowledge of supporting children’s emotional needs including those with SEN
  • Works effectively with colleagues, children, parents and external agencies
  • Would support the Christian ethos of the school.
