The Governors are seeking to appoint a qualified level 2 childcare professional to become part of our Early Years Team. The chosen candidate will have experience of working within an Early Years setting. You will work closely with the Early Years Leader and assist with maintaining a high quality, stimulating learning environment for our children.

Applicants will:

  • Be able to support in the delivery of high-quality learning experiences for all pupils including those with Special Educational Needs
  • Be nurturing and supportive with high expectations
  • Have excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Have good behaviour management strategies
  • Be willing to contribute to school life outside of the classroom and support our Christian ethos and core values.
  • Provide occasional cover for the EY teacher
