Early Years Trust Lead Teacher job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Lead Teacher to join our team. At our trust, we are committed to fostering excellence in early years education. We believe in continuous provision that nurtures each child's development, guided by principles of Early Excellence, as well as direct teaching activities supported by critical diagnostics. Our approach focuses on structured activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of every child, ensuring they thrive across all 17 areas of learning.
The Trust Wide Early Years Lead will be based at our Laceyfields Academy and work under the academy head teacher to promote the vision and strategic view for early years . They will work with the support and direction of the Teaching and Learning Lead to create a hub of excellence in their own Academy showcasing exemplary practice and successful outcomes as well as leading early years practice across the trust. In addition to this, they will oversee two year old provision in a number of existing and newly formed provisions. This may include, collaborating with leaders to enhance early years settings, ensuring seamless transitions into Year 1, implementing quality assurance models to uphold standards and ensure consistency and championing children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities. (SEND)
