About this Role
As an ECT at Parklands you will be provided with exceptional professional development, so that you can be supported in this very exciting phase of your teaching career. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders at our school who will support you with your individualised support plan to enable you to be the best teacher you can be. In addition, our Trust prioritises the development of ECTs and therefore offers lots of opportunities for you to collaborate with other ECTs from across our Trust, including observing highly effective practice.
From September, we are looking for an ECT teacher who is driven to provide the very best opportunities for our children. We wish to appoint an individual who is willing to collaborate with our supportive team to ensure that our ethos of Fun, Creativity & Achievement is brought to life.
