We are seeking to appoint a creative, energetic and enthusiastic ECT Class Teacher, to join our hard working and dedicated cluster of schools from September 2024.

Your opportunity

We have a brilliant opportunity for a motivated and passionate Early Career Teacher to join our cluster of schools as a Class Teacher in September. The successful candidate will be a talented and professional individual who shares our vision of high aspirations, achievement and a passion for learning. As an ECT, you will be offered full mentoring and a comprehensive two year induction programme, along with all relevant entitlements, to enhance and develop your practice further.

As a teacher, you will benefit from collaboration across the cluster of local schools. This involves working closely with other colleagues to support professional development and workload. This is an exciting time to join our schools, as there are also lots of opportunities for staff training and development within the school, cluster and trust.

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools (Cluster 4), overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Cuddington Croft our cluster includes the following other schools; The Vale Primary School, Banstead Infant School, Warren Mead Infant and Junior Schools, Danetree Primary School and Floreat Wandsworth Primary School.

Please note that we are looking for a teacher to join Cluster 4, and work at one of the schools named above within the cluster– for the first academic year, the successful candidate will be based at Cuddington Croft Primary School.
