What skills and experience we're looking for
We are looking for that special someone who:
- Is able to deliver high quality learning across the Primary curriculum that engage the children
- Has experience of planning for mixed age classes in KS2, preferably in Y5/6
- Understands how quality first teaching enables children to make good progress
- Commits to children's learning, improving their own learning and that of others
- Understands how to inspire, motivate and enthuse children to learn
- Can communicate well with children and colleagues and establish excellent relationships
- Commits to team work with a proactive approach
- Is caring, understanding and patient and has excellent behaviour management skills
- Is able to adapt quickly to the variable needs of a busy school
- Is well organised, efficient and professional
- Is an aspirational, reflective and empathetic practitioner
- Is receptive to new ideas and approaches
- Is committed to offering an extra- curricular club
- Awareness of recent educational developments
