We are looking for dynamic and innovative ECTs to join our talented team. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic professional who is passionate about teaching and is driven to provide the very best possible teaching and learning experiences for our pupils.

As an ECT at Pineham Barns, you will be provided with exceptional professional development, so that you can be supported in this very exciting phase of your teaching career. You will have the opportunity to work with leaders at our school who will support you with your individualised support plan to enable you to be the best teacher you can be. In addition, our Trust prioritises the development of ECTs and therefore there are lots of opportunities for you to collaborate with other ECTs from across our Trust, including observing highly effective specialist teaching.

From September, we are looking for teachers who are driven to provide the very best opportunities for our children in both Key Stages. We wish to appoint teachers who are willing to collaborate with our supportive team to ensure that our ethos of Fun, Creativity & Achievement is brought to life.
