Leadership Scale L8-L12 | Full Time, Permanent, 32.50 hours per week, term-time only, 39 weeks plus five training days.

Infinity Academies Trust is seeking to appoint an Education Advisor - Inclusion to play a key strategic role in shaping and delivering our Trust-wide approach to SEND and inclusion.

This is an exciting opportunity to work across a growing family of schools, supporting leaders to embed inclusive practice at the heart of teaching, curriculum and school culture. You will work closely with Headteachers, SENCOs and the wider Education Team to ensure consistent, high-quality provision that enables all children to succeed.

About the Role

You will:

  • Lead and support the delivery of the Trust’s SEND strategy
  • Work alongside school leaders to strengthen inclusive practice and provision
  • Develop and lead SENCO networks and professional development
  • Provide expert advice, challenge and support across our academies
  • Contribute to improving outcomes for some of our most vulnerable learners

About You

You will:

  • Be a qualified teacher (QTS)
  • Hold NASENCO or NPQ SENCO
  • Have significant experience in SEND leadership and inclusion
  • Be passionate about improving outcomes for all pupils
  • Have the ability to influence, support and challenge leaders across multiple schools
