What skills and experience we're looking for
Our trust seeks a senior educational leader with a strong understanding of school improvement and safeguarding. They should also have experience of impactful school improvement both in individual settings and across groups of schools as well as experience of national safeguarding regulations and how to ensure these are in place across a large trust.You will also be supported by our experienced Executive and Education Teams and will work in partnership with our Directors, Strategic Leads, Heads of School, and the Diocese, to develop our trust and ensure that both the MAT as a whole and its individual schools consistently achieve excellent educational outcomes for all pupils.
