Full Time / Permanent - 37 hours per week, Term Time Only (incl INSET days) + 1 week during summer holidays

Single Status Grade 9, Points 23-25 Salary £33,055 - £35,282 (pro rata)

Actual Salary £29,289 - £31,262

Cavendish Education Trust is looking to appoint an enthusiastic, confident and organised individual to be our Education Welfare Officer.

We are looking to appoint an Education Welfare Officer in our all through school. You will be working alongside senior staff in the school to promote positive attitudes towards school attendance of pupils and their parents/carers and to ensure that pupils are present at school so as to derive maximum benefit from their education.

  • Do you have excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to students?

  • You will need to work flexibly within a team

  • Do you have good literacy and numeracy skills?

  • Good interpersonal skills are essential.
