Educational Psychologist job summary
Are you passionate about making a real difference to children’s lives through psychology in education?
We are seeking a creative and committed Educational Psychologist to join our dynamic school trust, which spans 25 primary schools. You will work as part of a small, supportive team alongside one other Educational Psychologist, collaborating closely with school leaders, staff, and families to promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
About the Role
- Work within a consultative and solution-focused framework, empowering staff and families to support children effectively.
- Provide psychological insights that inform practice at individual, group, and whole-school levels.
- Develop and deliver training, workshops, and interventions that build capacity across the trust.
- Contribute to strategic projects that enhance inclusion and wellbeing across our schools.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Educational Psychologist registered with the Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Has a strong commitment to early intervention, inclusion, and equity.
- Enjoys collaborative problem-solving and working in a consultative way.
- Can bring creativity, flexibility, and professional curiosity to their practice.
