We are looking to appoint an Educational Teaching Assistant to support young people in our primary phase including learners who have special educational needs. We are looking for experienced, dedicated and enthusiastic individuals who will be able to provide the very best care, guidance and support to our young people. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Primary Phase; the Deputy SENDCO and other colleagues as part of a specialist team, including teachers, associate colleagues, and other professionals, to support the learning and welfare of our learners. The role involves a combination of one-to-one and small group support in the classroom and/or within our Learner Support Centre. This role also includes leading sessions for groups of learners when required. Experience of working in a similar role/educational setting and qualifications to A Level standard (or equivalent) is essential.
