The Role

We are seeking a caring, dedicated and enthusiastic Educational Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team. Working under the guidance of teaching and senior staff, you will:

  • Deliver targeted support and care programmes to help pupils access learning
  • Assist teachers with the management of pupils and the classroom environment
  • Support learning both inside and outside the classroom setting
  • Work closely with pupils who have an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP)

In this vital role, you will play a key part in ensuring that tailored provisions and strategies are implemented effectively, helping pupils achieve important academic and life outcomes.
