EHCP Coordinator job summary
Churchill Park Academy requires a School Education Health & Care Plan Coordinator to act as lead manager in the school for the review process of EHC Plans.
The post holder will ensure that the special educational provisions set out in EHCPs are delivered appropriately and in line with LA and school legal duties. They will set dates for the Annual Review Process and ensure the paperwork is completed and shared appropriately, will Chair meetings via TEAMS or in person, liaise with Class Teachers and Senior Leaders.
The post might suit people with experience as an Assistant SENCO or a teacher wishing to change career path or those with clerical experience in an education setting, with excellent IT skills.
Located in a modern building, Churchill Park Academy is an Ofsted Good, all through mixed special school, catering for children and young people of West Norfolk with complex needs. We currently have 220 students on roll. In June 2021 Churchill Park Academy became part of Unity Education Trust.
