EHCP & Inclusion Facilitator job summary
Bedford Inclusive Learning and Training Trust (BILTT) is thrilled to introduce Rivertree Free School, our newly built, state-of-the-art facility, which officially opened in February 2025.This school will join the others in our trust providing education to pupils with special educational needs and disabilities. Our Academies, supported by the Trust, provide an environment which is welcoming, nurturing, calm, safe and purposeful. BILTT’s vision is to continue to develop a high performing SEND Multi Academy Trust that delivers the very best educational experiences for pupils regardless of their starting points.
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting children with special educational needs and disabilities and can work collaboratively as part of a team to enhance pupil outcomes. This role is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the inclusive and nurturing environment of Rivertree Free School.
Successful applicants will play a vital role in providing high-quality administrative and facilitative support for EHCP and Inclusion processes across the school. You will work closely with senior leaders, class teachers, and other colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of inclusive practices, smooth implementation of Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCPs), and the coordination of pupil support programs. Your role will also involve liaising with external professionals and agencies to support pupils with autism, profound and multiple learning difficulties, complex medical needs, and severe learning difficulties.
Excellent organisational skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential for this position. Completion of Secondary School to CSE/GCSE standard is required, along with EHCP administrative experience, in an educational or SEN setting.
