This is an exciting opportunity for an Emotional Literacy Support Assistant (ELSA) to join our team of staff supporting young people with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs (SEMH) at The Castle School. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting young people with challenging behaviour to succeed and the determination to make a difference to their school experience.
You must be motivated to make a positive difference to our students’ learning journey and care deeply about their wellbeing and personal development. On-going training and professional development will be in place to support the successful candidate.
Applicants should be enthusiastic, patient and flexible, demonstrate initiative, have excellent communication and organisation skills and be a team player.
