Working Pattern: Monday-Friday 8.45am To 3.45pm With A 30 Minute Unpaid Break

The school has been on the new site from January 2022, we are expanding in September in Year R, 3, and 7. We are looking to recruit an ELSA (Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) -flexible working requests accepted. To support children with emotional and behavioural difficulties to enable them to effectively access the curriculum.

• Are ELSA trained, although we will support this training for the right candidate
• Can support children’s self-esteem, inclusion and behavioural development
• Are patient, calm, organised and adaptable. Are enthusiastic and have a positive outlook
• Have an interest in research in the world of SEND, psychology and trauma
