We are looking for a compassionate, dynamic professional to:
Key Responsibilities:

Develop & Deliver Tailored Emotional Literacy Programmes: Lead individualised sessions to enhance students’ understanding of emotions, promoting:
- Emotional awareness of oneself and others
- An expanded emotional vocabulary
- Effective stress, grief, anxiety, anger, and conflict management
- Social interaction and friendship-building skills
- A healthy self-concept and strong self-esteem
- Coping mechanisms for significant life changes, including loss and bereavement

Resilience Building in Small Groups: Plan and lead support programmes designed to help students develop resilience and coping strategies for life's challenges.

Lead Lunchtime Clubs: Organise and run engaging lunchtime clubs that foster emotional development and social interaction.

Create Clear, Impactful Plans: Write concise support plans with evaluative comments to track progress and effectiveness.

Collaborate with Staff: Regularly liaise with school staff to ensure a cohesive approach to supporting pupils’ emotional needs and track their progress.

Share Insights: Share knowledge and strategies gained from training or supervision sessions to enrich the school community's approach to emotional support.

Work with Families: Review progress with the Pastoral Team and collaborate with parents and carers to ensure ongoing support and development.
