Trinity Academy New Bridge
Employer Engagement & Alternative Provision Teacher - Permanent
Full time in accordance with Teachers' Pay and Conditions, pay scale is relevant to proven and relevant teaching experience.
The successful candidate should have QTS/QTLS, with excellent classroom management skills, the ability to inspire and motivate learners in an SEMH setting and experience of liaising and forging links with employers.
You will be accountable for the educational progress of learners in a designated group by effective teaching and learning and contribute to their monitoring and development. You will be expected to source & establish links with local employers that result in placement opportunities for learners. You will provide support and guidance to learners undertaking employer experience opportunities and to the employers to enable them to successfully support learners on placement and you will coordinate, review and inspect alternative providers.
