What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking to recruit a suitably qualified and experienced Engineering Technician to start as soon as possible who can support and provide materials and resources to staff to assist in delivery of the Engineering curriculum. The technician will also be responsible for the ongoing repair, servicing and maintenance in the department.

You will have a strong understanding of health and safety and be able to maintain positive relationships with staff and student.

Experience of maintaining industrial engineering machinery would be advantageous although training can be provided on certain specialist equipment.
