English Hub Lead job summary
Great Heights English Hub is seeking an ambitious and knowledgeable Hub Lead to drive the operational delivery of the DfE English Hub programme. This is a unique leadership opportunity to champion early reading, phonics, and language development across a network of schools.
About the Role
The Hub Lead will:
- Provide day‑to‑day operational leadership of the English Hub
- Line manage and quality‑assure the work of our Literacy Specialist team
- Oversee the implementation of the annual Hub delivery plan
- Build strong partnerships with schools and regional/national Hub networks
- Coordinate school support including audits, showcases, and conferences
- Support and monitor intensive support programmes with partner schools
- Contribute to DfE reporting and national Hub activities
