What skills and experience we're looking for
English Lead Practitioner – Lead Practitioner Scale (L1-12) – 1 x Permanent, 1 x Fixed Term – In the region of 0.6FTE – 1.0FTE
Required from September 2024
We are looking to appoint outstanding teachers of English as Lead Practitioners, who will have the skills to develop teaching and learning in the department and across the school as a member of the Extended Senior Leadership Team.
The successful candidates will be able to draw upon the best evidence-based research, create appropriate resources, coach and mentor colleagues and have a history of ensuring excellent outcomes.
