What skills and experience we're looking for

City of London Academies Trust (COLAT) is seeking to appoint an English one to one teacher for November 2023. In this exciting opportunity you will be delivering one to one literacy tuition to students and small group tuition to students working towards their GCSE English. You will work with students who need extra support and guidance in English where for some their first language is not English.

You will be an experienced and outstanding teacher. You must have experience teaching English at KS3 - KS4 to small groups and on a one to one basis. You will have great behaviour management strategies and you will also have excellent organisation and communication skills to liaise with students, staff, parents and external organisations.
