What skills and experience we're looking for
Demonstrate excellent classroom management and teaching skills
Ability to establish good relationships within the team, with other colleagues and with students
Effective communication skills, both written and oral

Knowledge of recent developments in learning and teaching
A good understanding of effective ways to facilitate learning

We are looking for a teacher with the enthusiasm to motivate and inspire students and is keen to make a significant contribution to the further development of our department. If you are an innovative, dynamic and passionate teacher, we would welcome your application.

Futura Learning Partnership is a partnership of schools which span 5 local authority areas: Bath & North East Somerset, Bristol, North Bristol, North Somerset, Somerset and South Gloucestershire.
