Lift Schools Bexleyheath are seeking an enthusiastic and inspiring English Teacher to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented educator who can deliver engaging and dynamic lessons across all key stages, embedding a love of literature and language while supporting students to achieve their full potential.You will also contribute to a broad extracurricular programme and support whole-school initiatives that promote well being and achievement.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and deliver high-quality English lessons that motivate and challenge all learners
* Assess, monitor, and support student progress
* Promote positive behaviour and inclusive participation in lessons
* Support the wider vision and values of Lift Bexleyheath

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

* Holds a degree in a relevant English based subject
* Has experience of working with young people within a school environment
* Demonstrates excellent behaviour management skills

* Is committed to student development and well being

* Works effectively as part of a team and contributes to school life

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential
* Is available to attend interviews in person - we cannot support online interviews at this time.
