Enhanced Provision Teacher job summary
We are looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced teacher with a passion for ensuring the best outcomes for the highest needs SEND children.
The candidate will help set up and lead an Enhanced Provision classroom for a small group of children who have a range of special educational needs.
The candidate will need to be highly adaptable and creative at designing a bespoke curriculum that meets the individual needs of the children, all of whom have an Educational Health Care Plan or are on the pathway to getting one.
We would also like the candidate to work alongside our SENCO in supporting other teachers with inclusive practice in their classrooms.
In the first instance, this will be a fixed-term contact until 31st August 2026 but may become permanent, with further funding.
