THE ROLE

As a ESP / Nurture Teacher you will:
- be responsible for teaching classes in the Academy using your skill, experience and best endeavours and in accordance with Teachers’ Standards
- lead the day‑to‑day running of our Nurture Classroom, delivering highly personalised, specialist and differentiated learning
- inspire, motivate and champion students with SEND, ensuring they feel safe, welcomed and supported
- develop a bespoke curriculum aligned with whole‑school provision, enabling increased access to mainstream learning
- work collaboratively with the SENDCo, support staff, external agencies and feeder schools to ensure continuity of care, progress and transition
- contribute to the wider life of the Academy, including supporting extra‑curricular activities and whole‑school initiatives
