Enrichment and Careers Lead job summary

We are seeking an ambitious and forward-thinking Enrichment and Careers Lead to join our school at an exciting time of national education reform. This role is central to delivering the vision set out in the 2026 Education White Paper, ensuring that every young person benefits from a broad, inclusive and opportunity-rich education.

You will lead the development of a high-quality enrichment programme and a coherent, impactful careers strategy that equips students with the knowledge, experiences and skills needed to thrive in further education, training and employment.

This is a strategic and outward-facing role, ideal for a candidate who is passionate about raising aspirations, developing partnerships, and ensuring all pupils—particularly those who are disadvantaged or have SEND—can access meaningful experiences beyond the classroom.
