We are a two-form entry school on the border between Leeds, Kirklees and Bradford, not far from Ikea.
The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, dedicated, hard-working, talented and have the ability to inspire children. Our new teaching assistant will need to:
• Have very high expectations of themselves and the children they teach
• Be team players who will share their good practice with colleagues and be willing to learn and grow within a cohesive team
• Have the ability to support the delivery of a curriculum that is relevant, exciting and accessible, and be able to promote assessment for learning
• Be committed to making a difference to the current and future lives of all children
• Have high levels of resilience and the ability to work under pressure with calmness and a sense of humour
