We are a successful, happy and positive school and all our staff are determined to create the best outcomes for children through quality first teaching and a broad and balanced curriculum. To support and strengthen our team, we need to appoint a teaching assistant who will help us further embed good practice by providing class, group and one-to-one targeted support and interventions. Due to funding, this is a one year position in the first instance.

We are a two-form entry school on the border between Leeds, Kirklees and Bradford, not far from Ikea.

The successful candidate will need to be enthusiastic, dedicated, hard-working, talented and have the ability to inspire children. • Have the ability to support the delivery of a curriculum that is relevant, exciting and accessible, and be able to promote assessment for learning
• Be committed to making a difference to the current and future lives of all children
• Have high levels of resilience and the ability to work under pressure with calmness and a sense of humour
