Salary: Grade 9 – £37,027 – £41,520 – TTO plus 2 weeks – 37 Hours per weeks.
Actual Annual Salary:£32,897
Contract: Temporary to cover maternity leave, up to 1 year FTC
Start date: Easter half term – Exact date TBA
We are currently recruiting for a talented and dynamic individual to work with the SENCO to provide high quality support for students who have a diagnosis of Autism and students who are part of the Enhanced Resource Provision (ERP) at Fulford School. The main purpose of the job will include: In this role you will lead and manage all aspects of the day to day running of the ERP, assess and evaluate student needs and lead delivery on learning activities / interventions, allocating and supporting, mentoring and managing Teaching Assistant colleagues to support learners. You will have: This important role has touch points across the School with all colleagues and key to being successful will be proven communication, interpersonal and leadership skills coupled with an ability to work with our learners, parents and partner bodies / individuals in an effective focussed manner. It would be desirable for the candidate to have a post graduate qualification in autism.
