What skills and experience we're looking for

The College is looking to appoint a calm and positive person who has a passion for English and is able to create, plan and deliver tailored lessons, with the support of the SLT, to bridge gaps in student's education and boost engagement as well as attainment levels. Our mission is to raise the standard of educational and work with students whose primary language or languages of the home, is other than English and would require additional English language support to develop their reading, writing, listening and speaking skills. We are looking for a dynamic and creative person with a variety of skills who is flexible and has a holistic approach to improve the outlook of their educational journey. You will deliver courses to our students that cover all aspects of the English language and be responsible to evaluate and monitor progress through assessments, as well as, build firm and positive relationships with parents/carers/external agencies.
