Part time: 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 44 weeks per year, includes Teacher training days, with four weeks to be worked during school holidays and the majority of leave entitlement to be taken during term time).

What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a full, clean driving license – as travelling between multiple sites is essential for the role;
  • Has excellent interpersonal and communications skills and can liaise effectively with school staff, pupils, contractors and other external stakeholders;
  • Can work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Can plan, organise and prioritise, as well as respond quickly and effectively to issues that arise;
  • Has a critical eye and attention to detail;
  • Has experience of using compliance software and a solid understanding of IT programmes (including Microsoft);
  • Can demonstrate knowledge of compliance and Health & Safety legislation;
  • Is a strong team player who can use their own initiative.
