What skills and experience we're looking for

  • Proactively providing central estates support across the Trust with the aim of delivering high quality learning environments
  • Implementation and maintenance of access security systems
  • Maintaining and repairing pool plant
  • Organising and planning maintenance schedules
  • Completing paperwork, maintaining records and producing reports, including financial reports
  • Monitoring external contractors/ specifications, and contributing to planning and progressing buildings projects
  • Health and safety procedures and regulations e.g. COSHH, including moving, lifting and handling regulations and the writing of risk assessments, and mitigation of potential hazards
  • The importance of ensuring a secure and safe environment for children and young people
