Exam Invigilation job summary

We are looking to appoint Exam Invigilators to assist the Examinations Officer in the smooth, secure, and efficient running of examinations in accordance with regulations. The role involves preparing examination rooms, distributing and collecting examination papers and materials, supervising candidates in a quiet and vigilant manner, and ensuring the integrity and security of the examination process at all times. Invigilators will also support accurate timekeeping, manage candidate entry and exit, respond to queries in line with regulations, and promote the safeguarding and welfare of children and young people.

The role requires flexibility and availability during key examination periods, including the main summer examination series (April-July, with peak demand in May and June), as well as additional sessions in November, December, and January.
