Exam Invigilator and Access Arrangement Facilitator job summary
We are looking to appoint Exam Invigilators to join our examinations team. Our Invigilators are employed on a casual basis, with hours and days of work subject to the timings of each examination. This role is to supervise examinations as necessary throughout the school year and when required to, also act as a reader or scribe during examinations. Duties include preparing the rooms, distribution and collation of papers and the supervision of students. You will need to follow documented processes/procedures to ensure examinations are run in a secure and confidential environment. Training will be given to the successful applicants.
The successful candidate will be reliable, have ideally worked with young people and be willing to take part in regular professional development. Applicants must be able to attend school for early morning start times (8am) and on occasion, at short notice during examination periods. Applicants should consider their travel arrangements carefully when applying.
