We are looking to extend our team of Exam Invigilators to assist with the smooth running and security of examinations held at City of Norwich School (CNS). The post would suit someone local who is looking for casual hours and is available during the exam periods throughout the academic year, you should be reliable, punctual and able to work flexibly. No experience is needed as training will be given but a willingness to support our young people during times of exam stress is a must.
The post is offered on a casual basis, hours will vary and be determined by examination dates and number of invigilators needed.

About you:
Your presence will maintain the integrity of examinations in an environment that enables students to perform at their best. You will assist with setting up of exam venues, checking examination packs, assisting candidates and actively invigilating during examinations.
Duties will include:
- Ensuring a calm and organised environment to give the students the best possible opportunity to be successful in their examinations
- Conducting examinations in accordance with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ), awarding body and the Academy’s regulations and instructions
- Having a key role in upholding the integrity and security of the examination/assessment process
