We are looking for Exam invigilator's to join us on a casual basis, to start as soon as possible. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills, an attention to detail, abide by the necessary examination regulations and the ability to use their own initiative.

There are no set contracted hours. Hours and days will vary according to the Academy’s exam timetable. Availability may be required between the hours of 8am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.

Key responsibilities:

  • To invigilate examinations following a documented process, procedures and regulations to ensure examinations run in a secure confidential and suitable environment.
  • To ensure both students and the Academy comply with regulations.
  • To assist students entering the examination room.
  • To record attendance/absence from the examination by completing the examination registers.

Pay Range: £12.21 per hour - Zero Hour Contract

Qualifications and Skills:

  • GCSE Maths and English minimum grade 4 or equivalent.
  • Willingness to participate in relevant training and development opportunities.
  • Experience of using ICT packages I.E Microsoft Word, and Excel.
