The Marlborough Science Academy is seeking to appoint Exam Invigilators to assist the school Exams Officer in the supervision and invigilation of all examinations. You will predominantly be supporting/invigilating on a 1 to 1 or small group basis but occasionally may be asked to invigilate in a larger venue. You may also be required to invigilate offsite. The main exam periods that you will be required are October, November, March, May and June and you will need to be available from 8:30am for morning exams and from 12.45pm for afternoon exams, some of which may not finish until 4:30pm. Other ad hoc sessions may be available during the academic year. Full training will be provided.
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team at this popular 11-18 secondary school. Candidates need to enjoy working with young people, be well organised and have good communication and inter-personal skills. Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential as training will be provided.

This vacancy will be subject to an enhanced DBS check. Candidates will be required to provide evidence of the right to work in the UK. This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act (ROA) 1974.
The closing date for applications is Monday 6th October at 9.00am with the interview date to be confirmed. Please apply by visiting My New Term at https://www.mynewterm.com.
