Exam Invigilator job summary

Kesteven and Sleaford High School (KSHS) is an Ofsted outstanding 11-18 Selective Girls’ Academy and a member of the Community Inclusive Trust. The school works closely with Carre’s Grammar School (CGS) and is part of the mixed Sleaford Joint Sixth Form (SJSF).

The High School admits 120-150 students each year into Year 7, in four or five forms of around 30. Combined KSHS and CGS have around 1,600 students on roll across two separate single-sex Grammar School sites (for 11-16-year-olds). Membership of the Sleaford Joint Sixth Form enables High School students to access a wide and rich curriculum offer at A Level whilst both the Grammar schools maintain all the advantages of single-sex education and friendly, smaller school sites at Key Stages 3 and 4. There are currently 746 students on roll at the High School.

The school is part of CIT (Community Inclusive Trust), a Multi Academy Trust comprising of special and mainstream primary schools across Lincolnshire, Leicestershire and Nottinghamshire.

We are looking to appoint an Exam Invigilator

Please refer to attached Job Description and Person Specification for more information about this role and to ensure your suitability for this role.

Responsibilities will include greeting and seating candidates, distribution and collection of examination papers, invigilation of examination sessions and ensuring compliance with exam board regulations at all times.

The hours would be by arrangement throughout the examination season.
