Attleborough Academy is seeking to appoint a number of Exam Invigilators to join its existing resource supporting the Examinations Officer. Exam Invigilators are responsible for the efficient conduct of Public Examinations in accordance with the regulations of the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ).
Exam Invigilators are required to work on a flexible basis at mutually agreed times. There is no guarantee of regular work or a guaranteed minimum of hours per year. Exam Invigilators are required to work at various times during the year for both Public Examinations and Mock Examinations and expected to be available for the main Examination periods (May and June).
Successful candidates will receive relevant training upon appointment and join a friendly and professional team of people to carry out this important role within the school.
Applicants for this post must be enthusiastic and possess a positive and determined character which is seen as an essential part of the role. You must have positive approaches to and enjoy working with young people. The post offers a fulfilling opportunity to work with young people at the Academy.
