What skills and experience we're looking for

Able to demonstrate a commitment to school improvement and raising achievement forall students

Able to follow processes

Previous administrative experience demonstrating strong organisational skills

Excellent problem solving, communication and organisational skills

Ability to maintain confidentiality and deal sensitively with related issues/individualswith tact, diplomacy and discretion

Ability to work quickly, methodically and accurately under pressure and act flexibly tosupport others and respond to unplanned situations

Good interpersonal skills and an ability to develop and maintain effective workingrelationships with colleagues and students

Able to work under pressure and work to deadlines

Have the flexibility to undertake any role requested by the Examination/Data Officer

Willingness to support students on a 1:1 basis
