Examination Invigilator job summary

We are looking to appoint flexible, responsible and reliable invigilators to support our exams team during examination periods.

The main examination period starts at the beginning of May and finishes at the end of June, hours will vary and be determined by examination dates scheduled. Mock examinations occur at different times throughout the year and also require support.

Your presence will maintain the integrity of examinations in an environment that enables a student to perform at their best. You will assist with setting up of exam venues, checking examination packs, assisting candidates and actively invigilating during examinations.

Duties will include:

  • Ensuring that the exam areas are set up correctly
  • Supervising students whilst sitting exams
  • Collating and returning examination papers and materials after the exams
  • Dealing with queries that may arise during the exams

Previous experience is not essential as full training will be given.
